I have my eating for the first 10 days all planned! Here are a list of the meals I will be preparing and eating. Each night when I post about the day I will include the recipes.
Breakfast:
Oatmeal and fruit
Egg scramble and fruit
Black Bean and Egg Scramble
Lunch:
Leftovers :0)
Chicken and avocado salad
Grilled chicken with pineapple brown rice
Avocado egg salad
Salmon Salad
Grilled Chicken Salad
Dinner:
Warm pineapple and chicken salad
Slow cooker salmon
Asian chicken stir fry
Zesty bunless burger
Chicken and spinach skillet dish
Slow cooker chicken burritos
Spaghetti squash with grilled chicken and sun dried tomatoes
Taco shrimp
Snacks:
Trail mix
Fruit and almonds
Hard boiled egg and fruit
Apple or Celery and natural peanut butter
Veggie and hummus
I am excited to see some results!!! I'm not thinking it's going to be easy but it must be done. I'm the most scared about NO DIET COKE!!!!! Check back through the week for some recipes and hopefully some pounds gone!

I completely feel the same as you. I have never been this heavy and honestly I am at a breaking point. My shipment of the 10 cleanse comes in Tuesday and I am starting Wednesday. I wish you the best of luck. I will follow your blog to see your progression. We can do this!
ReplyDeleteI just finished the 10 day cleanse last week- preparation is KEY, which it sounds like you are doing so you are off to a good start!
ReplyDeleteThe first day, go easy on the exercise, dont push yourself too much, after that your energy levels should be back to normal- or they were for me.... after the first 3 days the rest of the 10 days coasted by! You will feel amazing!!! Try not to drive yourself crazy by weighing every day, I only weighed half way through and at the end because on day 2 I stepped on the scale and didnt like that I hadnt dropped weight yet...
