Preparing for the 24 day challenge

I am at an all time high with my weight. I can't even begin to express how this makes me feel! I know that those of you that have experienced weight struggles understand. I am starting the Advocare 24 day challenge tomorrow. I was thinking if this doesn't work I just don't know what I will do!!! But here's the deal: It's not like the other things I have done haven't worked, I just give up and stop trying!!!! There are no secrets just eat healthy and exercise. I'm not expecting this challenge to be a magic pill it is just a tool. I'm going to post each night during the 10 day cleanse phase with what I have eaten for the day and what my exercise looks like. I will post results on day 11 and day 24. I have all my foods for tomorrow prepared and my bag packed so I can take the 9:30 kickboxing class at work. It looks like I am moving in to work I am taking so much stuff!!!

I have my eating for the first 10 days all planned! Here are a list of the meals I will be preparing and eating. Each night when I post about the day I will include the recipes.

  1. I completely feel the same as you. I have never been this heavy and honestly I am at a breaking point. My shipment of the 10 cleanse comes in Tuesday and I am starting Wednesday. I wish you the best of luck. I will follow your blog to see your progression. We can do this!

  2. I just finished the 10 day cleanse last week- preparation is KEY, which it sounds like you are doing so you are off to a good start!

The first day, go easy on the exercise, dont push yourself too much, after that your energy levels should be back to normal- or they were for me.... after the first 3 days the rest of the 10 days coasted by! You will feel amazing!!! Try not to drive yourself crazy by weighing every day, I only weighed half way through and at the end because on day 2 I stepped on the scale and didnt like that I hadnt dropped weight yet...

GOOD LUCK! You will LOVE it! :)

  3. Good Luck! I just finished the cleanse on Saturday. It has really helped me get into check with my eating habits!
